No. Sundays Invoices runs alongside them. You can carry on using your accounting software for end-of-year, MTD, and everything else. Sundays handles the day-to-day of getting invoices out and chasing them.
Doesn't matter. Sundays sends a PDF invoice by email. Your client can pay however they normally pay you. Sundays just tracks whether they have paid yet.
On day 28, we send a Letter Before Action citing the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998. Most overdue invoices get paid before this point. If yours doesn't, you have a formal record ready for small claims court if it comes to that.
