Sundays Tools Ltd
What you are
agreeing to.
Last updated 13 May 2026
These are the terms for using Sundays Nudge and Sundays Invoices, both run by Sundays Tools Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to confuse. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
Definitions
For brevity:
- "We", "us", "Sundays". Sundays Tools Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
- "You", "your". The person or business that signs up for an account.
- "The service". Sundays Nudge and Sundays Invoices, individually or together.
- "Customer data". The data about your own clients, customers and invoices that you upload or that we fetch from your connected integrations on your behalf.
What the service does
Sundays Nudge connects to your booking system, sends SMS appointment confirmations to your clients, chases no-shows, and forwards replies to your mobile.
Sundays Invoices creates branded PDF invoices, emails them, and runs a 5-touch chase sequence on the ones that are not paid by their due date. It also connects to Xero or QuickBooks where you want it to.
We may add, change or remove specific features over time. We will not remove a paid-for feature without notice.
Your account
When you sign up:
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials private. Anything done with your login is treated as done by you.
- Use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your own clients and to chase your own invoices.
- You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages unrelated to a real appointment or a real invoice.
- Use the service to send harmful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory or illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source of the service, except where UK law expressly allows it.
- Attempt to access another customer's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without prior written permission, or interfere with other users.
- Resell the service or wrap it inside another product without our written agreement.
If you find a security issue, please report it to [email protected] rather than exploit it.
Subscription, trial and billing
The service is sold as a monthly subscription. Each product has a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account is paused.
Once you subscribe, payment is collected in advance at the start of each billing month by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not refund partial months: if you cancel mid-month, your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a payment fails, we will retry it once. If it fails again, the account is paused until payment is sorted. Email [email protected] if you are having trouble.
Your data and our data
You own your customer data. We do not claim any rights over it. For UK GDPR purposes:
- You are the data controller for the names, numbers, emails, appointments and invoices you upload.
- We are the data processor, acting only on your instructions through the dashboard and the integrations you connect.
How we handle data, who else sees it, and how long we keep it is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
What we promise, and what we don't
We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service running, secure and accurate. We back up data regularly and patch known security issues promptly.
At this price point we do not offer a formal uptime SLA. SMS delivery, email delivery and third-party integrations (Phorest, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, Resend) can occasionally fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. A confirmation from a client does not guarantee they will attend, and a chase email does not guarantee an invoice will be paid.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent UK law allows.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, our total liability to you, in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising in connection with the service in any 12-month period, is capped at the total fees you actually paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data.
Indemnities
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses we suffer from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the service in breach of these terms, including any claim that the customer data you uploaded was sent unlawfully.
We will indemnify you against reasonable losses you suffer from any third-party claim that the service, as provided by us, infringes their intellectual property rights in the UK. This does not apply where the claim arises from your modifications to the service or your combination of it with anything we did not supply.
The indemnified party must promptly notify the other, allow the other to control the defence, and reasonably cooperate.
Suspension and termination
You can terminate by cancelling your subscription in the dashboard at any time.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms (for example, the acceptable use rules), if payment fails and is not resolved within 30 days, or if we reasonably believe continuing the service would expose us or other users to legal or security risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Either of us can also terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice by email. On termination, your access ends and data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you are not happy with a change you can cancel before it does. Minor wording fixes will simply show up with a new "last updated" date above.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that we cannot resolve between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
